Workshop registration/contact form

Full payment is required upon registration via Venmo: @Laura-Larson-45. This holds your spot as workshops fill quickly. The cancellation policy requires two weeks notice from the start of the workshop. You will receive a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee if you cancel by Sunday, January 15. You will not receive a refund without the required two week notice.
